The NGO “Association of Relatives of Kremlin Political Prisoners,” represented by its Head Ihor Kotelyanets, and the NGO “Justice for Ukrainians,” represented by its Head Yurii Bilous, have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership.

The purpose of this partnership is to establish effective cooperation aimed at protecting the rights of civilians unlawfully deprived of their liberty as a result of the armed aggression against Ukraine, and to strengthen support for their families.

The Memorandum provides for:

  • coordination of approaches and exchange of information and expert experience;
  • participation in consultations, discussions, and educational activities;
  • raising public awareness of human rights, children’s rights, and international humanitarian law;
  • informing about available legal and humanitarian protection mechanisms.

We thank our partners for their trust and readiness to cooperate.

We are confident that cooperation between civil society organizations helps families be heard and makes support more coordinated, accessible, and effective.
